With an outstanding background as a Food Coach, Pilates and Fitness instructor Kimber has over 12,000 hours of coaching experience. Kimber Domke brings her personal experience, and professional expertise to helping you overcome obstacles and move SUSTAINABLY to your goals.
Kimber has been in the health field since 2008, beginning with Pilates and expanding to with Food & Mindfulness Coaching along with TRX, Barre, Axle and other modalities. Food and our relationship to it is one of the TOP factors in clients reaching their health goals. Kimber has worked in NYC, Hong Kong, Japan, and with remote clients.
Kimber is a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach with additional training by and close connections to Psychiatrists and Psychologists. She specifically is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills which support sustainable habit change. On the fitness front she holds certifications in STOTT Pilates, Steele Pilates, TRX, Axle, Pre & Post Natal Pilates.
Beyond the wellness world, Kimber was a Consultant on Wall St. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, and a Bachelors of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
